Agent Launch - Unified AI Coding CLI
A CLI tool that unifies the interface for launching different AI coding agents (Claude, Cursor, Gemini, etc.) with consistent commands and flags. Solves the friction of remembering different syntax for each tool. Target users are developers using multiple AI coding assistants.
The explosion of competing AI coding agents in 2024-2025 has left developers context-switching between incompatible CLIs and remembering arbitrary flag syntax for each tool — a genuine friction point that's growing as the agent count grows. No clear incumbent owns this abstraction layer yet, though shell aliases and dotfiles are the default substitute, which keeps the switching cost low and threatens monetization from the start. Revenue band is unknown for a reason: it's hard to charge for a thin wrapper, and the most natural model (open-source with a paid hosted config sync or team layer) has weak willingness-to-pay signals in a devtools-as-free-tier culture. The biggest risk is that one of the incumbents — Anthropic, Google, or a major IDE — ships a unified launcher themselves, instantly orphaning the project since there's no proprietary data or network effect protecting it.
