Enable multiple AI agents (Claude Code instances) to message and coordinate with each other in real-time. Solves the problem of running complex multi-agent workflows without manual orchestration or context switching.

Why this is interesting

Multi-agent orchestration is a genuine pain point right now as developers push Claude Code, Cursor, and similar tools into production pipelines and immediately hit the wall of manual handoffs between agents. Anthropic's own Model Context Protocol (MCP) and frameworks like LangGraph exist as substitutes, but neither gives you a hosted, real-time messaging layer purpose-built for agent-to-agent coordination — so there's no clear incumbent at the product layer. The $2k–8k/mo revenue band is plausible for a dev-tools niche play with a handful of teams on subscription, though it assumes customers are willing to pay for coordination infrastructure rather than just building it themselves with a message queue and some glue code. That last point is the core risk: the target users are engineers who will almost always choose to roll their own solution before paying for abstraction, especially when the underlying primitives (queues, webhooks, state stores) are cheap and familiar.
