AI API Aggregator Gateway
A proxy service that unifies multiple free and paid AI APIs (Gemini, OpenAI, Claude) behind a single standardized interface. Developers get one API key for multiple AI models without vendor lock-in.
The LLM API fragmentation problem is real and getting worse as Gemini, Claude, Mistral, and others each ship breaking changes and incompatible interfaces — developers are genuinely burning hours on glue code. LiteLLM already exists as an open-source library solving exactly this, and Portkey and OpenRouter have commercial traction in this space, so the incumbent problem is serious. The $2k–10k/mo revenue band is believable for a niche developer tool but only if you charge on token pass-through margin or seat-based pricing, since pure API proxying commoditizes fast. The most likely cause of failure is that LiteLLM is free and self-hostable, and most developers with the sophistication to want this also have the sophistication to run it themselves.
