Cursor is the closest incumbent, though it still leans heavily on chat and inline suggestions rather than a full spec-to-diff-to-validation pipeline, which is the gap this targets. The $2k–10k/mo revenue band is plausible for a prosumer desktop tool with per-seat pricing, but it assumes meaningful retention, which is hard when the underlying LLM capabilities are improving fast enough that Cursor, Windsurf, or a well-funded newcomer could close the feature gap within a product cycle.
