AI Context Vault (Second Brain + AI Agent)

Idea

Users struggle to give AI assistants access to their personal context (notes, documents, memories) for intelligent task automation. A 'second brain' platform that indexes personal knowledge and lets AI agents proactively complete work using that context.

Why this is interesting

The "personal context layer" problem is real and getting louder as more people build agentic workflows on top of Claude, GPT, and Gemini — those models are stateless by default, and users are already hacking around this with messy system prompts and manual copy-paste. Mem.ai and Notion AI are the closest substitutes, though neither is purpose-built as a context provider for external agents rather than a standalone notes app. The $2k–10k MRR band is plausible for a prosumer or small-team tool with per-seat or tiered storage pricing, but it assumes serious retention, which is the real challenge — knowledge bases go stale fast if users don't maintain them, and abandoned vaults mean churn. The biggest risk is that the major AI platforms (OpenAI with memory features, Google with NotebookLM) build this natively into their products and eliminate the independent layer entirely before any indie product reaches meaningful scale.
