The convergence of cheap LLM API costs and widespread small-business adoption of AI tools makes the timing reasonable, though not exceptional — the window for differentiation is narrowing fast. Framer AI and Wix ADI are the obvious substitutes, and both have significant distribution advantages that a bootstrapped product will struggle against. The $2k–10k/mo revenue band is achievable but requires either a high-volume freemium funnel or a tight niche focus, since small business owners are notoriously price-sensitive and churn quickly when free alternatives exist. The most likely failure mode is commoditization: the core feature — natural language to website layout — is already table stakes in major builders, so without a durable wedge (specific vertical, workflow integration, or output quality gap), there's no defensible position.
