At $2k–10k MRR, the revenue band fits a narrow ICP of small ops-heavy teams or agencies, which is defensible but limits upside unless there's a clear path to seat-based or usage-based expansion. The unit economics only hold if churn stays low, which is the hard part — agent builders targeting non-technical users typically face high abandonment once the initial novelty wears off and real debugging starts. The biggest risk is that frontier AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude increasingly let technical-adjacent users just write the automation themselves, compressing the audience willing to pay for an abstraction layer on top.
