Claude Code's rapid adoption in 2025 has created a real pain point: power users are stuffing their environments with MCPs and CLAUDE.md files without understanding the token cost, and context limits hit hard mid-session. No clear incumbent exists — Anthropic's own tooling offers no visibility into context composition, and the closest thing is manually counting tokens yourself. The $500–2k/mo band is honest for a narrow utility: this is a one-time-solve problem for most users, so the revenue ceiling depends entirely on whether it can expand into ongoing monitoring or broader Claude workflow optimization rather than staying a one-shot diagnostic. The biggest risk is that Anthropic ships native context visibility inside Claude Code directly, which would instantly obsolete the core value proposition — and given how fast they're iterating on the developer experience, that's not a remote scenario.
