Agentic coding workflows are colliding with a real organizational pain point: AI assistants like Copilot and Cursor are only as useful as the context they receive, and most engineering orgs have that context scattered across a dozen siloed tools. Glean is the closest substitute in the broader enterprise search space, but it targets general knowledge workers and isn't optimized for machine-readable, low-noise context that agents actually consume — that gap is real. The $2k–10k/mo revenue band is plausible for early design partners at large eng orgs, but it's tight given the sales cycle and integration complexity required to connect GitHub, Slack, Confluence, and others reliably enough to be trusted during incidents. The biggest risk is that the major platforms — GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or an IDE vendor — ship native cross-tool context retrieval themselves, collapsing the wedge entirely within 12–18 months.
