The closest substitute is Fig (acquired by Apple) or the contextual suggestions in fish shell, though neither does sequence-based prediction from personal history patterns. The $500–2k/mo revenue band is the honest ceiling here: individual developers rarely pay for CLI utilities, so monetization depends on either a team/enterprise tier or a freemium-to-sponsorship model, both of which are notoriously hard to convert. The biggest risk is that zsh's built-in history search plus a plugin like zsh-autosuggestions already satisfies enough of the itch that the marginal value of a smarter predictor doesn't clear the "worth installing and paying for" bar.
