The closest incumbent is Zeplin, which has real market share but is widely criticized for going stale and not keeping pace with component-driven development workflows. The $5k–$20k MRR band is realistic only if you land mid-market product teams rather than freelancers — enterprise contracts can get there fast, but SMB churn will kill the math. The biggest risk is Figma itself: they already ship Dev Mode, and one meaningful feature update from them collapses most of the differentiation this product would need to survive.
