Creating educational games is time-consuming and expensive. A platform that lets teachers and content creators generate interactive learning games (quizzes, memory games, flashcard games) from their curriculum using AI. Target users are teachers, tutors, and EdTech platforms.

Why this is interesting

The post-pandemic push toward gamified learning has produced real budget lines in K-12 and tutoring markets, and AI content generation has finally made per-teacher economics viable where they weren't two years ago. Blooket and Gimkit already own the classroom game-play layer, and Quizlet has been expanding toward AI-generated content, so the competition isn't theoretical — the question is whether teachers will pay for generation on top of platforms they already use for free. The $2k-10k/mo band is achievable but requires volume, since teacher willingness-to-pay is notoriously low and institutional sales cycles are slow, meaning the EdTech platform licensing angle is probably the only path to the higher end. The biggest risk is that Quizlet or Canva for Education ships this as a feature inside a tool teachers already have open, making a standalone product redundant before it reaches meaningful distribution.
