Phrase and Lokalise are the established players here, but both are SaaS-first with pricing and complexity that alienates small dev teams who just want Git-native workflows without a separate platform. The $2k–10k/mo band is plausible if you can land a handful of mid-sized product teams on per-seat or per-project pricing, but the ceiling is low unless enterprise features get added, and churn risk is high because switching costs are minimal once a team standardizes their own scripts.
