The $1k–5k/mo revenue band is plausible for a self-serve tool sold to small engineering teams, but it's a ceiling that's hard to break through without a clear expansion motion — per-seat or per-CI-minute pricing could help, but most developers will resist paying much for something they half-expect their CI provider to eventually bundle.
