Shared AI Agent Coordination Chat
A Slack-like chat room where developers and multiple AI coding agents (Claude, Codex) coordinate together on the same codebase. Routes messages intelligently to the right agent instead of broadcasting, enabling better team collaboration with AI.
Multi-agent coordination is a genuine friction point right now as teams increasingly run Claude, Codex, and similar tools in parallel and hit context-collision problems with no structured way to manage handoffs. No clear incumbent owns this space, though Linear and Slack both have AI integrations that could expand in this direction with little effort. The $1k–5k/mo revenue band is plausible only if you land a small number of teams on a per-seat model, but the ceiling is low unless the workflow becomes genuinely irreplaceable rather than a convenience layer. The biggest risk is that IDE-native multi-agent orchestration — already being built into Cursor, VS Code, and similar tools — absorbs this use case before a standalone product can establish switching costs.
