A unified notification platform that aggregates game schedules, TV channels, and live streams from all major sports (NWSL, tennis, baseball, etc.) with smart reminders. Target: casual to hardcore sports fans.

Sports media fragmentation is genuinely worse right now than five years ago — games are scattered across ESPN+, Peacock, Apple TV+, Amazon, and regional sports networks, and casual fans regularly miss games because they can't track which app has what. The TV Everywhere apps from leagues (NFL, MLB, NBA all have their own) plus general aggregators like ESPN's calendar features are the closest substitutes, though none does cross-sport, cross-platform alerts well in a single UX. The $2k–10k/mo band makes sense only if you monetize via subscriptions or affiliate deals with streaming services, since ad revenue at this scale is negligible — but getting to even 500 paying users at $5/mo requires solving the data pipeline problem, because accurate, real-time schedule and broadcast data across all leagues is expensive or fragile to maintain via scraping. The most likely failure mode is data quality: one missed game or wrong channel at the wrong moment destroys trust with exactly the users who care most.
