TunnelMind – IP/ASN Reputation API

Ad fraud and invalid traffic detection have accelerated as programmatic spend rebounds and advertisers demand cleaner supply chains, making IP/ASN reputation tooling genuinely timely. The closest incumbent is IPQualityScore, which already offers IP reputation APIs with fraud scoring and has meaningful market penetration among ad-tech teams — displacing that requires either a meaningfully cheaper price point or a defensible data edge, neither of which is easy to establish. The $2k–10k MRR band is plausible for a self-serve API product if conversion from free-tier developer usage holds, but it implies a fairly narrow ceiling unless enterprise contracts pull in larger deals. The biggest risk is data moat: reputation scoring is only as good as the underlying signal corpus, and a bootstrapped team will struggle to aggregate the volume and freshness of threat feeds needed to compete with incumbents who've been ingesting data for years.
