No clear incumbent exists in this specific extraction niche, though general DRM-removal tools and format converters exist in grey-market spaces. The $500–2k/mo revenue band is plausible only as a one-time or low-cost utility — users pay once to extract their library, then churn, making subscription retention nearly impossible and pushing this toward a lifetime-deal or per-export pricing model with a low ceiling.
