Global Fulfillment Aggregator Dashboard
Single dashboard to compare, manage, and coordinate fulfillment across multiple 3PLs and regions. Helps DTC brands expanding internationally avoid the cost and complexity of separate fulfillment partners in each country by providing unified inventory and shipping management.
Cross-border DTC expansion has become a genuine operational headache as brands that scaled domestically on Shopify now face fragmented 3PL relationships across the EU, UK, Australia, and Canada — post-Brexit customs complexity and rising domestic shipping costs have accelerated this pain since 2021. Flexport and ShipBob both touch parts of this problem, but neither offers a neutral aggregation layer that lets brands mix and match 3PLs without lock-in, which is the actual gap here. The $5k–20k MRR band is plausible but requires landing mid-market DTC brands with real international volume, since small brands won't pay for coordination tooling they can handle manually and enterprise brands build this in-house or use freight forwarders with account teams. The biggest risk is the integration burden — every 3PL has a different API maturity level, and building reliable two-way inventory sync across a dozen regional partners is an engineering slog that can consume the entire runway before you close enough customers to justify it.
